01 Head to Bill Pay

Hey there 👋. Welcome to your dashboard. Bill Pay is the space where you can pay your power bills and manage your billers. Under the ‘Your Saved Bills’ section you can see all your saved billers.

In case if you haven’t added a biller yet, click on Add Biller to add more billers and offset those power bills using credits.

<aside> 💡 To add more billers
Click on the +Add Biller button. Select your state, power provider and enter your consumer ID and a save it.

02 Fetch your Bill

To start saving, select the bill you want to pay and click the Pay Bill button. Upon doing that a card will appear on the right with your bill details. Verify the details and then proceed to pay.

<aside> 💡 If you have enough credits to cover your bill amount, click on the "Pay using credits" button. You'll then be redirected to the payment confirmation page. To learn more about the next steps, refer to Step 4.

03 Pay Balance Amount

On initiating the payment process you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway, where you can choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction. Once you’ve done that, click the Pay Now button.

Within a few seconds you will be redirected to the payment success screen.

04 Billing Success Confirmation

Voila, that’s all it takes to save on your bills. It takes 2-3 days to be reflected on the utility ends. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a receipt of the payment through email and sms. Happy Savings 🔅
