While majority of our plants update generation data in real-time, Artemis presently updates data once a day around 8 pm. The morning data is just a reference point for the system to activate rendering.
This is due to polycab inverters being used on site and unfortunately they dont support open standards for compatibility which our platform supports.
As a result, we are underway in setting up additional dataloggers to ‘bridge’ this and get data to real-time. As things stand, looks like it would get done within the month.
This in no form or shape affects the reading of actual on-site generation readings or the subsequent credits being dispatched
